 Our client a major provider of engineering and construction services to the energy sector are looking to recruit an Offshore platform Services Co-ordinator The purpose of the Offshore Platform Services Co-ordinator is to provide Accountability, leadership, direction and co-ordination of the offshore AAD SCOPE for all Vendors which is required by the Offshore Manager Direct reporting line to the Construction Manager, duties to include: -HSE & Quality Expectations -Provide proactive and visible HS&E leadership -Demonstrate commitment to safety through language, behaviour and actions - Demonstrate recognition and responsibility for the safety of colleagues and others on the platform -Promote and encourage team safety performance through work site visits, participation in Tool Box Talks. General -Provide fist class leadership and set expectations, coach and mentor the team with regards to acceptable attitudes and behaviours -Create and maintain a positive working culture by setting high expectations amongst the team -Accountable for the co-ordination of all Vendor materials / stores activities ensuring effective cargo offload and distribution -Accountable for the co-ordination the backload of all Vendor materials ensuring accurate shipping and tracking details -Arrange pre-shift meetings with all members of the Services Team to clarify the priorities, plans and procedures for that particular shift -Provide clear guidance to any Nightshift personnel who will be undertaking Services related work and give them the facility to immediately report any significant concerns or changes to plan -Manage and monitor associated third party competence and performance -Liaise with other Department Heads to eliminate potential worksite conflicts and to clarify platform and departmental priorities. -Carry out work site visits to monitor safety performance and work progress -Must demonstrate exemplary leadership skills including HS&E leadership -Must have a proven track record in the offshore oil & gas industry in a supervisory level You must have Survival, medical and mist, our client offer excellent rates.
