 Blue Arrow is currently looking for a talented Sales professional to grow and manage a Permanent's desk within our office in Aberdeen. So what do you need to join the Blue Arrow team? Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities - Proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Manage and maintain an accurate client database and a programmed telesales campaign, including lead/prospect qualification, appointment making and business generation. - Proactively promote all available candidates through quality marketing calls. - Regularly review customer satisfaction levels through a diarised service evaluation programme in line with client`s expectations. - Ensure the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment of candidates. - Screen, interview, assess, fully register candidates in line with company standards. - Work as part of a team in order to achieve both individual and team objectives. - Work with other members of the team for lead generation and cross selling purposes.
