Core Duties:

Manage the UK offshore market through identifying customers/sales opportunities and
converting into profitable business.
Promote the companies range of products, services, engineering design capability to mainly the
UK North Sea in the form of meetings and technical presentations. Assist with international
markets as required.
Manage and follow up sales enquiries and gather customer feedback.
Develop and maintain good customer relationships.
Undertake prequalification where necessary and ensure that ITTs are received on time and
logged appropriately.
Provide commercial and technical support on major bids to the Project department.
Visit reports must be submitted for all meetings, highlighting content and actions.
Assess the present and future market in respect of customers, competitors, technology and
economics, on a continual basis.
Advise on potential improvements to existing equipment and the need and/or opportunity to
introduce new equipment and services to improve performance, grow the Company or meet
competitive threat.
In cooperation with Senior Management, set and manage monthly / yearly targets and report
monthly.
Set and manage product / service and personnel pricing and implement into the pricing
templates.
Manage sales activities with the assistance of marketing such as exhibitions, advertising,
editorial and press releases as identified.
Attend management meetings to represent sales department and enhance communications
between all departments within the company.
Provide support to Operation Managers/ Product Line Managers in the day to day operations.
Manage and provide input to work forcesales planning ensuring at all times, the most effective
and highly skilled team

Essential Experience:

Familiar with and accustomed to the industry in the North Sea geographical region.
Technical sales experience.
P&L responsibility.
Commercial knowledge.
Strong focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent oral and written communicator with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
internally and externally.
Ability to knowledge share (transmit and receive lessons learned) with other colleagues.
Effective team building, motivation and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of UK North Sea working practices.
