Applicants should have experience in Mechanical Engineering, broad maintenance and good technical understanding of pumps, turbines, compressors and motors. Level 2 BINDT Vibration Analysis is required along with expertise in Oil Lube Analysis and Thermography. The role involves provision of frontline support (client interface) for complex ad hoc work and fault diagnosis. Onshore activity includes technical maintenance reports and training of other technical staff. The level and nature of this job will require a significant amount of travel to, and working on, offshore oil/gas installations, particularly in the North Sea. For applicants external to North East Scotland up to £2,000 towards relocation is available.
