The Jobs Financial Risk Management team manages day to day financial requirements of brokerage. Risk Manager will be responsible for firm's corporate financial risks in terms of risk identification, measurement, mitigation and reporting; whilst ensuring that regulatory and risk policies are adhered to. These are primarily FX risk, credit risks, liquidity risks and market risks.

This role is accountable to overall Head of Risk and Compliance
Key Accountabilities
Daily tasks include (but not limited to):" Day to day collateral and margin management for clients, prime broker and general clearing members.
" Drafting and executing broker position, credit, FX, interest rate and liquidity risk management policy and procedures.
" Financial and analytical support for Business which includes P/L and Balance Sheet stress testing, driver based analysis of actual, Risk Dashboard, concentration risk, risk metrics.
" Mitigation of House position, interest rate and foreign exchange related exposure, and ad hoc projects.
" Assist in risk management associated with Client Services e.g.
o Oversee KYC and on-boarding process from financial risk perspective.
o Deposit and withdrawal policies and money transfers in line with Fraud risk and Money Laundering Policy.
" Assist in compiling and updating ICAAP and Pillar capital requirements.
" Ensure Finance related regulatory risk requirements are in place, e.g. BIPRU.
Risk Manager will also undertake and/or assist with ongoing and future projects, including re-engineering of financial risk management structures, systems implementations and upgrades as required.
Candidates will be required to work Bank Holidays.Knowledge, Skills and Experience RequiredEssential:
Strong numerical, financial and derivatives (including Spread Bets and CFD) skills. Excel modelling capability essential.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, broker and exchange business models and their client risk management methodologies.
Ideally CFA or equivalent and/or 3-5 years post graduate relevant experience operating in Financial Services environment, preferably within broker or hedge fund.
Some experience in treasury or front office dealing essential.
Knowledgeable on Risk Management Systems Sungard and Business Objects advantageous.Competencies
